The 8 Week Nutrition Plan is a quick fix but an adjustment to your life that will set you up for success in reaching you goals of becoming a healthier you. You will be provided with a meal plan based of your needs and restrictions, tips will be given to help you make this achievable, and suggested activities based on your abilities.

This plan allows you form an 8 week pattern or should I say a framework to follow. 8 Weeks is usually a great time frame because it’s enough variation to not become tired of repeating the same things to a point of loosing interest. It’s a great amount of time to form new routines that are easy to stick with which leads to success in reaching our goals.

My Simply28 Plan is 28 days of worry free meals based on your personal diet restrictions and goals. Today we are all overwhelmed with life than we tend to neglect ourselves. This plan will take some of that pressure off by having it all planned out in advance. You won’t have to think about what’s for dinner or how your day will start. Your breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks will be planned out for you with recipes and grocery shopping.

Why 28 days?
It’s been said that it takes 21 days to break a habit or to form a new habit. An extra 7 days is here to reinforce a habit of a healthier way of life. Some benefits can include weight loss, better sleep habits, less sluggish, clearer thinking, less blotting, boost in energy, ….. and so much more. Not to mention the benefit of not having to think about what to prepare taking a little extra stress off of the day. 28 days is not overwhelming, it’s a great place to form new habits without a large commitment. Its a good entry point.
