By starting this plan 1st you form an 8 week pattern or should I say a framework to follow. Eight weeks is usually a great time frame because it’s enough variation to not become tired of repeating the same things to a point of loosing interest. It’s a great amount of time to form new routines that are easy to stick with which leads to success in reaching our goals. .
